Product visibility, pricing, and volume tiers are determined by your assigned customer group. All orders are subject to product availability, company approval workflows, and employee spending limits where applicable. Displayed prices reflect your current account terms at the time of ordering.
3. Payment and Fulfillment
Payment and delivery terms are as agreed between you and Wanchang Shoe Industry. We may decline or cancel orders that do not meet approval requirements, exceed authorized spending limits, or otherwise conflict with these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability
